I am writing to help hava. My old slingbox classic never hanged, the sound and video quality was better when using via remote. I hope hava create a new firmware for my platinum.

I am writing to help hava. My old slingbox classic never hanged, the sound and video quality was better when using via remote. I hope hava create a new firmware for my platinum.

YEs old classics are reliable but I have not had problems with my Platinums and the classic certainly cannot match a HAVA on remote viewing if setup properly.
