IR code for starhub hubstation DCI62SHB

I have added c1818_PK.bin file to my wizard but only able to power on and off successfully. The rest are not corresponding and the IR learning refuses learn any input. My blaster version is PK. Kindly help, following are the info at the back of remote control.

Hi Place Shifting, thanks for the file. However please note, only the channel numbers and the power buttons are working correctly. The rest are mixed. Any advice? Can I use learned function together with this code?(it never worked though, may be i don't know)

And, do I need to copy both files or only the bin file?

Hi Place Shifting, only PK files are detected, RV and PL files of V2010 don't seems to recognise by the video setup wizard. Probably need somebody's help to move on. Anyway I appriciate your fantastic efforts.
