Hava is in the APPLE STORE .. but please tell me why HAVA is charging $10 US dollars for the application for a device we purchased.. This is crazy and make no sense next they will charge us for using the windows software...
I cant even test it to make sure it works since it seems AT&T blocks me from getting to a hava stream anyway ... what a waste or waiting.

I don't feel justified why the app costs 9.99 usd. if symbolically it charges 0.99 usd, that is acceptable

They're giving away clients for other mobile OS (Nokia, Blackberry, WinMo) with the capability to stream over 3G, and have the gall to charge $10 for a crippled iPhone app that can only work over WiFi. Why do I feel taken advantage of?

It's because you are. It's AT&T in combination with Apple. And as much as I love Apple's products, they're going to fist you in any way possible to get every last dollar possible.. Now with all of that being said, there IS a way to use your HAVA player via 3G (I have done it/do it constantly, and it RULES!!!! I love being able to watch football at a wedding ). I'm sure you all know what I'm referring to, but I won't mention it on here. If you are one of the few in the dark and do care to know, please drop me an e-mail, and I will tell you all I can Grant.

Oh my, charging for the iPhone player? You have got to be kidding.
Now you know why no one is going to bother releasing software for the Mac. I was waiting to see if these guys charged and since they are, stuff them.
I tell you what is going to happen. An iPhone player will no doubt come out and I hope it is closed source with Monsoon Multimedia not only forbidden to distribute it but forbidden to host it.
You guys - the guys who paid for this device - deserve your player but after this latest stunt, Monsoon Multimedia deserve nothing.
Oh well, not that I condone Grant and what he said but he is bloody right.

Yeah, it sucks having to pay an additional $10 for the app, but what are you going to do? Bitch and not get it? No thanks, it's worth the $10 for me to have the ability to drive around and watch TV or be at a wedding and be bored and watching a game I'm missing.

Hi, I am watching Hava to my MAC. Only way right now to open Quick Time Player go to File, Open URL, and enter rtsp://000.000.000.000 enter your IP to the Hava. Only problem you can’t change channel. I am using my Iphone to change channel. Maybe this is help you right now.

Thanks for the tip, it actually works. Image is a bit compressed but in a small window it is watchable. Is there a way to fix the lip sync

I have a Mac as well... How do you find out the IP to your Hava? And what do I enter to get it to work? Thanks.

@havokkkk Open your Hava player and go to Settings, there you should find the IP of your Hava device
Does anyone have an idea how to improve sound quality when viewing Hava display through VLC/Qucktime with the RTSP method?
