MCE and DISH

I just went to Dish TV from cable, I have put a HD receiver with my Hava Platinum box using the component cable and the audio only from the composite, Hava setup worked fine and HAVA player works no issues, now when I go into setting this backup with MCE, it detects the HAVA tuner, but when picking the input on MCE channel 1,2,3 SVIDEIO, composite 1,2 I only get audio come though and a bacl screen that is flickering, any ideas or solution would be greatly appreciated.
