Windows 7 BETA! (Tuesday, August 25th, 2009)

This release does NOT do OS version checking, so if you install it on Windows XP, you'll quite likely run into some problems. Please install it only on Windows 7 and let us know of any issues. If you previously installed the XP/Vista release below on Windows 7, please uninstall it, reboot your computer, then download and install this one.

HAVA 1.8.1.36 solves the audio-video synchronization and low bitrate problems that users experienced in remote viewing when using 1.8.1.35.

We suggest that you choose the "Save" option to save a copy of the installer on your PC's hard drive. Once the download completes, select "Run" or "Open" to launch the installer.

Important note:

You may need to adjust the IR command speed in Setup Wizard to get proper tuning behavior.

New features in 1.8.1.35

• iTunes support: You can export any recorded clip to iTunes from the Recordings album.   From there you can load it into your iPod or iPhone.

• Keyboard shortcuts for PVR controls and menu functions of set top boxes have been added.

• Firmware update is now enabled from the player, so that following a software upgrade you do not have to run setup wizard just to update the HAVA's firmware.

• Dish onscreen remote skin is assigned by default for Dishpro set top boxes.

Resolved Issues

• When viewing in full-screen mode, the mouse pointer now gets hidden after several seconds.

• When connecting to a device configured with an IR code beginning with "V", the proper on-screen Remote Control is now displayed in the PC Player.
